Been seeing that some reviews mention inconsistency with food quality, so this is just my experience. Restaurant itself is pretty typical of a homestyle Vietnamese restaurant - clean but well-loved.
Came around two on a Wednesday and ordered the Pho Super Bowl ($18ish) from a very spry waiter that was bumping to some Vietnamese EDM on the restaurant speakers. Got our food about 10-15 minutes later and when I tell you the portion size for the large Super was RIDICULOUS I mean it. Short rib was fall-off-the-bone tender and there was so much meat - if I had to pick a favorite it'd be either the short rib or rare steak (also came with beef balls, brisket, and not as much tripe and tendon as I would have liked). Broth was clear and flavorful and piping hot. By the time we had finished what we could and packed the rest, our waiter had changed the mood to something sadder and began providing us with uh...live entertainment! I'll definitely be back once I feel like having another meal that will last me 2 and a half meals.
I had got really sick and needed something not too heavy. This was perfect, I had got the vegetable pho. Broth was very good
The food is good. The one thing that shocked me was the smell of the restaurant. It smells nothing like a pho restaurant. But the soup and the meats are great! The noodles are soft and tender. Personally, I like chewy noodles but this place really opened my mind!
Food is 8/10 must get Beef Broth , it makes the Pho taste better , service is pretty good

Honestly, before coming here to eat, I missed my appointment 3 times and this time I had the opportunity to eat and it did not disappoint me. Pho has a very special taste compared to the places I used to eat in these places. The shop before and especially the shop also has fried bread sticks, a surprise. I think I'll be back in a few days. and lastly i like how the staff served us above perfection.
I ordered Rare Beef + Flank Pho here. The beef was like a soft bike and melts in my mouth. Flank was great, not too chewy and taste good with the Hoisin Sauce. The waitresses was very nice and energetic as well.
Great experience over all, will be back for more.
